The Death of Jean ValJean

This piece was so much fun to make.
A gift for a friend who loves Les Miserables, it started as a red pencil sketch that I then went over in pen. Originally I'd planned to stop after the pen, but I wanted to push it further so I scanned it into Photoshop and added color and texture with watercolor brushes.
